Fantastic Store! Great staff, great player base. Lots of room to play and the tournaments are very well run. Welcoming to both competitive and casual MTG players. Good selection of singles, gaming supplies, etc. Jay and his staff are an integral part of the Hamilton MTG community, they go above and beyond for the local player base.
Was promised an order I payed for in FULL would be in in 2-3 business days, it's now Christmas and I don't have a gift for my son it's been over 7 business days, they have a bad attitude and I hope everyone sees this so no one shops at this store again!

We're really sorry you had this experience, and that we didn't find out about it for so long. During the holidays of this year we were training some new staff members, and not everyone was as educated about how long orders can take to arrive during the Christmas season. We've taken steps to improve this service and reduce wait times on hot seasonal board games. Years ago I was looking for a place to game, when I found BKG. This store had everything I was looking for, board games, miniatures games, collectable card games and Hobby supplies. The gaming community was friendly and continues to grow year to year. If you are like me and looking for a great place to game this store is it. The staff are great and the store is always clean. Two thumbs up!
Black Knight Games is the ultimate Hobby shop for gaming enthusiasts. They have all the boardgames, and collectable card games you could hope for. Magic cards? You bet: FNM? Yes. Their support for tabletop wargames is also second to none with stocking a;; Games Workshop products, all Privateer Press Products, all Malifaux products and countless other ranges. They even carry Bane Beasts/Legion, Mantic and Avatars of War products! If you're a gamer who follows the latest products, this store is sure to have what you are looking for: even Wargames Factory Great Goats!
Amazing selection, staff, and community! When you walk into Black Knight Games (BKG) they treat you like a friend. The staff makes an effort to know and remember your name, run demos for any game they carry, or help you out with advice with product selection. The prices are in line with MSRP, so while they are not a discount shop, they are a gamer's paradise. The store is busy every day of the week with gamers playing on their well crafted tables. They run events constantly, and both encourage and reward community involvement! They are active online through forums and twitter, and even co-ordinate events with the likes of Miniwargaming. I always enjoy my trips to BKG and highly recommend you check it out for yourself!
Black Knight games is a great place to get all kinds of games. Table-top games, board games, card games... there's a lot of variety in the store. I usually go there for Magic: The Gathering cards. Their selection is small, but their prices are the best in the city. Rarely have I found a card their that was cheaper somewhere else. Their service is very good. The clerks are accommodating and are willing to help you. They are usually quite busy however, so sometimes service can take some time to get to you (tournaments occur frequently), but you can't judge them on that merit. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you about the other products they sell, however, by the amount of people I see in their each time I go, I can tell that they treat their customers well. I'd recommend this store to anyone. The location is a little far from central Hamilton, but since it intersects a major intersection, it isn't hard to get there by bus.
