    The tall lady at ...

    The tall lady at the front desk was rude; had very poor customer service skills. Felt like a number, not a human. I also witnessed how she belittled another staff member in front of the patients in the waiting room-very unprofessional. Thankfully the lady taking my blood was very pleasant and friendly.
