Terrible!! Absolutely terrible I order 2 orders of black pepper steak paid for extra spice got none of that and got even for digusting service when my husband called them back. The First woman told him they don’t understand because they don’t speak English then some other girl came in the phone rude and bitter and refused to help. Digusting. Never again. Lost a good customer 🤮

We have been customers for years. Tonight was the end. The quality has been hit and miss for the past while, but tonights dinner was a disaster. The tai dop voy was mostly celery, very bitter, not as fresh as one would hope. The Blossom shrimp, described as jumbo shrimp, split open were small, unsplit and soggy. The lemon chicken was dry and over cooked. Terrible experience.

Order took less time to be delivered than estimated, was piping hot, fresh, and delicious! Big portions, great prices, and definitely vegetarian friendly. This will be my go to restaurant for Canadian style Chinese food from now on. So pleased=)

We have ordered take out from here many, many times and it's always been a positive experience. However, a couple New Years Eve's ago, we had a horrible experience. We were told about 40 minutes for the food - but when we arrived, we were met by a croud of about 30 people who were lined up waiting for food. Nothing was coming out of the kitchen. People told us they had been waiting for hours. One woman was in tears - she arranged for her order a week ago because she had such a large party and she'd been there hours and nothing was coming out of the kitchen. The owner wasn't talking to anyone - just yelling (boy she can yell) in the kitchen in chinese. Here's the best part - the owner was still taking orders over the phone and telling people 40 minutes!!!! At one point, someone took the phone off her and told the person on the other end to go somewhere else. This turned into a Lord of the Flies scenario - The crowd grew to about 50 people. They started blocking walk-ins from entering the restaurant. People started taking bags and loading up from the buffet and walking out. When an order came from the kitchen, if the person wasn't there, people were taking it and walking out. The owner was very unappologetic about things. I'm sure they lost a lot of regular customers that night. It took several hours to receive our food.

Family Favorite....Got regularly, It may be small and sometimes a little disorganized but it has been a family tradition for years, there for birthdays, and anyother reason we can find to go. Food is always good.

Everytime we give this restaurant another chance it fails to impress! If you are not there early enough you will be left out in the cold because this restaurant does not believe in refilling their item trays.I guess it's their not to subtle way of telling you they don't want you to eat very much.Plus you always have to inform them you would like another drink. Very unsatisfactory service. Their chances have run out; we will not be going back

We've ordered this special a few times. It's a great value. Enough food for four people for $18.95. The food isn't four star restaurant quality, but I don't expect that for such a low price. When our family craves Chinese food, it's the first place we call. They are friendly and quick and we are all happy with what we get.

The food is allways good. When the buffet starts getting low on food, it is allways refilled promptly with hot fresh food. The overall resteraunt is quiet and friendly, as well as the survice, and the atmosphere is welcomeing. Drinks are freequently refilled and once a plate is finished, it is quicky cleared from the table. The resturant is clean, and a bar is located in the entraceway, allways good!

We are frequent visitors at China Kiki and we love the standard fare offered in the buffet -- honey garlic chicken wings, chicken balls and fried rice. There's lots more to choose from and we graze all the dishes. Always fresh and delicious. Great value.

My family and I are frequent customers at China Kiki, and i never had to complain once. The food is excellent, i recommend the wings and noodles. The service is welcoming and are very friendly. And the prices are perfect for a casual dinner. When we host parties, the party plates are a great size for around 20 dollars. I would recommend the chicken wings, its a favourite of all my guests. I would definately go back and i recommend this restaurant for all!

I loved the food the service was great and overall i would definitley give it a 10, they always have dishes for the buffet ready to get your food and the foods nice and hot so you dont have to wait for hem to heat it up.

A nice atmosphere Chinese restaurant with reasonably good food. The service is satisfactory but the buffet menu items are not filled promptly enough when empty. Plus there should be more items to choose from!
