Scary clinic. I wouldn’t put a foot in this place after trying to make an appointment with them.They are client selective.Hamilton Ontario beware of their unethical practices in this clinic how they are choosing their clients.dental coverage aren’t created equal. This clinic suggested the use of the free dental bus in Hamilton instead of taking my insurance coverage. Deplorable.

I was a client for many, many years. They decided to settle up my account.... close to 9 months later. They blamed the covid closure as this, even though theyve been open since late July offering cleanings. I have no problem paying the difference if theres an issue... I had already paid during my visit, and insurance had been accepted. Getting a call 9 months later though about this? Really? Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

What a terrible dentist office. The girls at the front desk gossip way to much. And are very rude.

Has to be the worst practice in the industry! It all starts with how rude the receptionists are! If you can make it past the reception desk without being insulted or offended you can then deal with how rude the dentists are. Words cannot explain how bad of a practice this is. My wife left with an unfinished removed tooth because the dentist "couldn't get it all". Both of us have moved our family to other dentists and couldn't be happier. Stay far away from this place.

I have switched my dentist so many times and finally I have a dentist I can truly say goes above and beyond. Whether its the quality advice they provide, or friendly conversation, I am always at ease a Eastgate Dental. Plus the added bonus of the mall is great for picking up things on my way out. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
