I had challenges finding an appliance repair company that would actually follow through on an appointment or call. Jack was prompt in returning my call, gave me advice over the phone and was extremely quick in scheduling an appnt. He is transparent, walked me through the issue and how to fix it and kept me in the loop throughout. I would strongly recommend anyone to use him for appliance repair. You wont find better

Honest. Prompt. Polite. Friendly. It does not get better; phone calls returned immediately. Jack told me over the phone that it sounded like it could be the condenser on my fridge and that it would not be worth fixing if that was the case. I opted to pay for the service call and he was right, the fridge was not worth fixing. Jack took the time to try to help me diagnose over the phone, as well. I will call him first in the future.

Jack came to replace the rubber gasket on my washing machine. Noticed the drum moved a little more than it was supposed to. Checked and found the bearing was worn. Wouldn't replace the gasket because the machine only had a couple of months before it died. Most repair guys would have fixed it anyway.
