They are awesome! I won’t take my two spaniels anywhere else.

Our dog suffers from allergies. After being quoting a price for a bath and deciding to do it ourselves since I had a day off, the owner promptly replied with “If you have no intention on using our services please don’t even waste my time.” We were told not to contact her again. My recommendation is that if the business wants to secure new clients, former clients or people that they don’t “consider a client” they should at least have professionalism.

I took our 13 year old Australian Shepherd, Zoe, to Rachelle at Pooch Haven after our groomer retired. When Rachelle first met Zoe, she had recently undergone radiation treatment on her neck at the Animal Cancer Centre in Guelph and could not use a collar. Rachelle was great, she accommodated Zoe's needs to be harnessed differently & did a excellent job grooming. We continued with her until Zoe passed and I would strongly recommend Rachelle's grooming abilities.

I took my 3yr old cockapoodle to Pooch Haven on Apr 28/15 for his first visit. I will be taking Rex back regularly!! I was impressed with the company website, the proffesional & courteous staff (who are not only passionate about their work, but took the time to offer sound wisdom with regards to the needs of Rex), the pricing and of course the grooming!! Rex came out looking so handsome and like a totally different dog!! Thank you so much Rachelle & Leah. I have received nothing but compliments regarding the care you took in making Rex look so good!!!

We've been taking our Yorkshire Terrior to Rachelle at Pooch Haven for many years..she is by far the best groomer we have had for our Quincy! She makes both ourselves and Quincy feel very comfortable. Highly recommend her expert skills :)

I have been taking my dog to Pooch Haven Grooming Salon for over 7 Years now. Every single time I have been more than happy with my service. What a wonderful atmosphere and caring service my dog receives. Always going above and beyond and always giving professional advice and tips. I could not be more satisfied with the owner Rachelle.I would recommend pooch haven to anyone who looking for a clean, professional , friendly environment who does A+ work.

Worst groomer ever

If you want rude and unprofessional treatment well then this is the place for you. Not a good experience at this place. The owner is snarky to pet owners and who knows how she treats your pets. I was charged additional $5 for my dog because he had an accident on the floor as well as another time an additional fee because he had knots in his beard. I'm pretty sure that is part of the grooming business. Lastly please do not show up a few minutes before your appointment because you will be turned away with a rude comment to wait outside!!! All around unprofessional!!!!
