Trade Secrets

Everyone had a right to there opinion but I have to respond to mcc40384 review of Patty. I have been going to Trade Secreats for 2 years now. Patty is my colorist and stylist and I thank God I met her. She has tons of energy is so friendly and is truly amazing at her job. I have NEVER received complements on my hair like I do now. This is due 100% to Patty.

Best place to go for eyebrows! The estheticians here are fantastic and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Great shop!

Visited location at East Gate Square. Hair stylist Patti doesn’t know how to colour hair and treats customers like garbage. Would not recommend going there for anything

I go to Trades Secrets in Eastgate every 3 weeks to get my eyebrows threaded and they are consistently great. The brow girls are all excellent and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful.

I get highlights done by Nicolette at the Eastgate Trade Secrets. She is a meticulous stylist and does an exceptional job. She actually listens and does what you want! I've referred many friends and they have all been happy with her work.

I've been getting my eyebrows waxed here for almost a year and love it every time! All the ladies are so friendly and fun and do a great job. One of them talked me into trying Nicolette for my hair color and now I'm hooked. She did an awesome job. I'm so happy this store is here. :-)

My sister and I had our makeup done here for prom and it looked soooooo good. We decided we would start getting the same girl to wax our eyebrows and we've been going every 6 weeks to the same girl ever since. Our updo for prom was also perfection. Rain does our brows and Maria our hair. I would ask for them because we have sent many friends and family and they are all now regulars.

I get my eyebrows waxed here on a regular basis by the manager and will never go anywhere else. The customer service is top notch! Her shaping is perfect which nobody else has been able to do with my thick brows. She is very gentle and takes her time to make sure they're perfect and not a one size fits all that I have always gotten. Best ever!

I dont know why there are bad reviews for this store. The staff at this location are fantastic. Ive gone in to have a colour and the results were fantastic! While i was processing i got one of the pther girls to thread my eyebrows. Best customer service ive ever revieved! And loved the results!!!!!!! Will be going back forsure!

I visited the Trade Secrets in EastGate Square Stoney Creek. I was not impressed. I paid $135 dollars to have my shoulder length hair ombre'd. It looks like there is few highlights at my hair. The lady was very nice and understanding. I went back and the manager let me have two foils in my hair which is ridiculous, because that's not what i asked for. i will NEVER go back again.

Got my eyebrows threaded. The girl kept going over the same areas under the brow trying to get every last hair.I was counting and she went over the same area about 20x. After, my eyes were puffy and red from irritation created by her threading. It's a day now and the area is still red and swollen. I put rash balm on it to stop the burning sensation. I don't have sensitive skin. She went overboard and should have stopped and used a tweezer instead. Never going back there again.
