I was told I won a screwdriver set from winning a survey(that I don't remember ever filling out). They said they would have someone come to my house within the hour to deliver my prize but as part of the deal I had to let them in my house to test my water. I told them we already have a system that we are happy with but they said I can't get my prize unless I let them do the test. It was 9pm and I had three children sleeping. Something felt off so I called back and said thanks but no thanks.
My dad had a sales rep over to try and sell him an Eagle water package. I was present and expressed my concerns over purchasing one as I had the whole treatment package for 4 years at my previous home. The sales rep had to call her manager every 10 minutes and we could all hear how abusive the manager (from the Hamilton office) was towards her. I told my dad that he should not buy one as they are overpriced. The manager was screaming on the phone to her sales rep because she was angry.
My experience was not satisfactory. I was told I won a $500.00 grocery certificate and all I received was a direction to a site they gave an outdated grocery flyers from March 2017. They said they wanted to do a free water test and they stayed for 3 hours until I bought a system. It was installed in less than 24 hours and no-one looked under my kitchen cupboards to see if it would fit and it doesn't so my cupboard door won't close. They misrepresented themselves on all counts.

I really appreciate my water filtration system. I like the taste of the water. It's pure and I like how it makes me feel. My food tastes so good, even my bean soup. My children couldn't get enough of it. My son in law tells me he's going to come over weekly and take jugs of water back with him to his house. I purchased my eagle water treatment system 2 years ago and have been very happy with my purchase. I have an eagle conditioner and can really notice the difference; my skin used to be very dry and now feels nice and soft. I also have the Reverse osmosis and enjoy how my water tastes; I no longer buy bottled water. Over all I would recommend eagle water products to anyone.
I was really skeptical at first when using this company but they did everything they promised and more. I can't begin to tell you how a water system has improved by life and my families health. I really enjoy taking a shower and washing my hair as I used to get out of the shower and be scratching like crazy a couple of hours later. The chlorine dried up my skin to the point that I had to keep using body lotion and it was getting expensive. I have had the system for 5 months and it is great !
My fiancé and I got an RO and Conditioner a few months ago from Eagle. Since we had it installed we have noticed a huge difference!! The RO tastes great and the conditioner makes my hair and our skin feel amazing! Our clothes come out nice and soft and smell amazing - no more mouldy towel smells. I don't know what I would do without these systems.
