Love, love, love the hair cut I got at Stroud Haircutters! Kristina was fantastic! I walked in with no appointment and Kristina and Alex made me feel at home, it was like I was hanging out with friends! Will absolutely go back :) I have gotten so many compliments on my new do!! Friendly. Comfortable. Walk-in service works well. I waited less than five minutes. Knowledgeable and personable stylist. They (Kathleen, Alexandra and Lois) make you feel very welcome.
I recently had my hair cut and I was treated well. My haircut is the best I have had in recent times. Their clientele includes both men and women. Kathleen and her staff treated me well. They are very organized keeping a record of each time a client frequents her establishment. I called ahead but was told it is not necessary. “It is worth the drive to Stroud (South of Barrie)if you are looking for personable and professional men’s hair cut and/or you are a woman looking to be treated well.
I have hopped around from salon to salon all of my life because I never landed on a place I could really trust to *always* do a top quality job. I just moved to the area and was worried I would have to go through the merry-go-round of salons all over again but landed on Stroud Haircutters as my first try. I am sooo glad I trusted the review and it's why I'm here to leave one as well so other people can know how great this place truly is! The inside is very classy and sets a fine mood, they even have snacks and drinks available for their clients - just ONE example of how they go the extra mile (which seems so rare nowadays!). There are so many more, but for instance they even called me back a week after my appointment to ensure I was still satisfied with my colour/cut. Really attentive customer service. But what made this such a 5-star experience was the hairdresser/owner Kathleen. She was just amazing! She knew EXACTLY what I wanted when I showed her a picture (almost no one else in the past has when I've requested it; the term balayage is not one many non-current hairdressers have even heard of much less know how to execute) and Kathleen delivered 120% on the end result! Even her styling was exceptional, and she's just an awesomely nice person so it's a fun 2-3 hrs in her chair. I am so thrilled that not only did I get precisely what I wanted (for once!) but it means I've landed on my go-to salon from now on which is such a relief :) thank you Stroud Haircutters your team is totally awesome.
I went to Stroud Haircutters on Thursday October 8th and I had a wonderful experience. My stylist was Kathleen and she was a pleasure to talk to she did an excellent job on my hair. I have been looking for an easy style that would work for my busy lifestyle and today Kathleen accomplished exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so friendly and they create such a comfortable environment for their clients! Definitely coming back and recommending Stroud Haircutters to everyone I know.
