Canadian Tire General Store

I like that they permit dogs in the store during summer - this keeps me coming back and spending money. One thing that really does NOT work is the labyrinth they have set up to get to cash/exit. I see someone has complained about this below. I am in store every week & every week I see confused customers trying to figure out how to access a cash after they have gone the wrong way (I have done it myself). Manager needs to CLEAR THE MAZE-LIKE SHELVING that barricades clear access to cash/exits.

Had Canadian tire replace my bearings. Paid over $700. 6 months later the tire is shaking again. Head back to Canadian tire and they say that the warranty of their labour is 3 months with no guarantee on parts. Had the bearings changed again. Same thing,,,, again. Had this done 6 times before I have up and doing the hubs myself. Worst place to take your car.. Never ever go there. Kanata Canadian tire.... Smarten the hell up

Dont call this location and expect to get someone in the Auto Parts Dept. I waited for 7 minutes and then it rang and no one picked up before being told by an automated message that I could leave a message; only option. I hung up and called back, this time after 2 minutes someone answered but I was put on hold. After another 10 minutes, I finally got someone. He was polite and helpful.

Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! Seriously, who does that these days? When I told him how impressed I was, he said that they are always looking to improve the customers experience. Well done. You have created

Was just at Canadian tire at campeau dr kanata and the cashier said under her breath this isnt the walk way.... after I had apologized for going through the cash exit when we hadnt purchased anything as we are unsure how else to get out. What happened to consequence for being rude at a workplace

The worst customer service I have seen. Few days back I had my tire change and rust proof coating under my car. After few days I heard weird noises from under my car and found the splash plate was not attached from rear end under the car.I went there to ask them to fix. Not only they refused to accept the mistake(ATTITUDE) even they charged to fix it. It not about money but its shame for $34 they have lost there customer.I wont recommend anyone to go canadian tire garage.

Je suis tellement déçue! Je leur laisse ma voiture pour remplacer la batterie et l'alternateur pour repartir avec un capot magané. Le gérant m'a fait comprendre qu'ils allaient réparer le dégât commis par leurs employés. Une fois à la caisse, j'ai payé les frais du diagnostic et la main d'oeuvre(395$). On ne m'a pas chargé la batterie et l'alternateur en guise de dédommagement, leur valeur est d'environ 285$.J'ai appelé à plusieurs reprise quand j'ai découvert qu'ils n'ont pas réparé le capot.

They'll incorrectly fix your car and instead of making amends and helping their customers (for their mistake), they try to charge you more. I received nothing but excuses from the head of auto and the store owner himself. I have never in my life talked to someone the way I talked to him, but their level of disrespect was unbelievable and I felt I needed to defend myself. Their workers are incompetent and they defend their bad work with ridiculous attitudes. Kanata Canadian Tire is a DISGRACE.
