Melanie and Kim are excellent stylists. Entire family goes to both. Best colour and hi-lights I ever had done and my cut is always perfect. Men cuts are always stylish and exactly what my teenage boys and husband want.

Had microblading done at this studio a year and a half ago. Recommended highly by owner so I booked it and done in her salon. Turned into a living nightmare for me. I have very obvious totally uneven brows and incredibly bad color, even after asking many times if they had experience with naturally blonde hair. Finally after them trying to “fix them”, I now have two big white tattoos outlined around the shape. I look like a clown and owner is not taking any responsibility at all.

I had a great experience with Kim. I got a great haircut good colour and foils and received lots of compliments. I found she was professional and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Dropped in for a simple wash and blow out, in between apps, hoping to give myself a pickmeup. My hair was greasy. The stylist didn't seem to know how to wash hair. She scrimped on shampoo and used flat fingers rubbing the top of my hair, never getting to my scalp. Afterwards my scalp and back of my head were still greasy plus she used a lot of products. Went back, she said she would wash it again but now I'm out of time. Should have been done correctly the first time. No refund offered. 😐

Best Hair Makeover Ever!

I just got the best hair makeover ever! I have had long brunette hair most of my life. However, in the last few years with the onset of sprouting white hairs, the only way to maintain my locks was through the help of drugstore hair dye which can be harsh on follicles. So, I decided to try something new. I went to It’s a Wrap Studio and Spa in Kanata and got a cut and colour. Kim and Melanie did an amazing job! I now have a softer, sandy bob which looks more natural and even. Compliments galore!

Do not waste your time here. Unprofessional, rude staff. Got my hair coloured here, asked for a blonde ombré and my hair looks orange! It's so brassy. Told the hairstylist about it and she said she would tone it free of charge. 20 minutes before my appointment I get a message saying I will have to pay $30 to have my hair toned. How are you even in the service industry????

Horrible expirience.. Never going back there. The girl that did my hair is NOT a professional Her name is Melanie and she is only 22 years old. I wanted my hair Light brown. And she did me a BLONDE!!! A horrible blonde/orange .. its disfusting.. Im So disappointed :(
