The receptionist is absolutely condescending, no concept whatsoever of customer service. After waiting a week for an appointment, we arrived only to be rudely told by her that we were supposed to be there in the early afternoon - not only did she get the time wrong (I know this as I heard the original call with the receptionist on speakerphone), but she had our phone number wrong so we were never actually called. She did not apologize at all and tried to make my wife feel like she was at fault.

Secretary with English accent thinks she runs the place. Brutal at dealing with public. Refuse to go there again just to avoid dealing with her.
