I advise everybody not to sign for personal training in movati. I signup for personal training after 8 month i got sever medical conditions doctors inform me to stop any physical training i had informed movati management about that got medical note, they deduct more than $2,000 from my credit card ask to refund money back they reject to do that i had meet general manager in which really she is worest unprofessional manager i had ever meet, she told we are not responsible is ur responsibility

Love Movati in Kanata. Aside from the incredible amount of diverse classes and equipment, the service is wonderful and the club is clean. Love the instructors and the front desk staff

Be careful signing any contracts when you become a member. My wife and myself joined in June and just noticed that they had put on the contract that it would be automatically renewed at the end of the expiry date. I told them I generally don't like automatic renewal options and asked them to remove it only to be told that I had signed a contract and that it could not be changed. Be careful also when you sign up for personal training sessions. It's all about milking you.
