Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Co

Ray scammed me. I had a very simple move down one floor with an elevator to a storage unit 1 min away. He wasted time standing around and not moving. He racked up my bill an extra 1.5 hours. He stopped moving before noon and changed me to 1230. He also took off to Tim Hortons and charged me for that time. The move should have taken no more than 2 hours. He was very rude when I disputed the made up charges. I will be reporting him to the BBB.

The owner of the Kingston franchise is utterly unethical. He has been advised on several occasions not to agree to move my parents out of their retirement home because they have dementia. Knowing all this, he still agrees to move them and when it doesnt work out, he charges them for the move. Other movers who have the slightest degree of moral principle will not agree to move people who are in assisted care in retirement homes. This company should not be in business.
