Very poor service
We were very unhappy with the service we received. We were having problems with our dishwasher draining. It cost us $65 for the repairman to come, only to tell us we need to push the "drain" button on our dishwasher. (We shouldn't need to do this, we explained) This worked a couple of times and then it stopped draining again. We thought it must be the pump, so we ended up buying a new dishwasher. When the installer came with the new dishwasher, he said it was only a plugged drain hose on the dishwasher which could have easily been fixed. Any repairman should have known this! The repairman from A-Z didn't even check or mention this. He did nothing!
