Very bad customer service. Sub par quality

I had two side doors and my basement windows replaced a few months ago and love the finished look! The windows and doors are high quality, the service is exceptional and the installers were friendly and cleaned up immaculately. Highly recommend!

I installed Golden windows in my home 30 years ago and they have been problem free except for some on the glass that has had a seal problem. I have dealt with an employee Jeniffer who is very helpful and filled my request for replacement glass very efficiently and promptly.

Our's was a new build and we had no samples offered at the time of selecting windows. The builder put the order in and we weren't contacted until 2 weeks before delivery. We bought the largest residential windows possible and no one suggested TRIPLE PANE. We have two leaky windows, no one sent out from an email I sent until the week of Christmas then Golden Window on shut down. Towels have been put in behind the roman shades to stop the cold from coming in. No samples shown RUN.

Extremely poor quality and service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Excellent product!!!

I had Golden Windows installed in my home and I couldn't be happier. From purchase to installation the service was excellent and the end product meets all of my expectations. I would recommend Golden Windows to anyone looking for new windows.

Envy of the Neighbourhood

We recently built a new home and substituted Golden Windows for the builder’s traditional supplier and are thrilled. The windows performance is great but the front door that we decided upon is the envy of the neighbourhood.
