My husband and I refuse to order Chinese food...

My husband and I refuse to order Chinese food from any other restaurant. The food is consistently good and the service is fast and friendly. My favourite is the Cantonese Chow Mein - noodles are soft and fresh, and the dish is piled high with meat and vegetables. Their menu is available online.

OK, so this is a typical mom and pop chinese restaurant. Great food. Cheap as hell. Fast and easy. It's not the Royal York so don't expect a fussy interior, but it's great for affordable family dining or quick take-out. This is a Friday night staple for us.

Great food and unbelievable prices. Service is great in a cozy environment - not too big, not overly crowded. We occasionally order delivery and the food arrives hot and fresh! Highly recommended.

Not good at all.

I have been here twice, a couple of years apart. Each time, I tried the Cantonese Chow Mein. Each time, it was very disappointing. The noodles were of the cheap instant variety, and the taste was bland at best. The service wasn't bad, but the restaurant is sorely lacking in decor. I don't plan to give it a third try.

Terrific Food

We had a great meal! The dining room is casual and very family-friendly. Service was really nice - prompt, friendly and attentive. Our food was hot and delicious. Fresh vegetables, homemade soup and crispy spring rolls made for a wonderful and surprisingly inexpensive meal. I'm already planning our next visit.

the food is awesome, the service is very friendly and the prices are very resonable. The apples are my favorite, I order them every time I go. The set up reminds me of the earlier years when things was not so modern as they are today. The employees really make you feel at home.

Don't order Canadian food

Maybe the Chinese food is better but we didn't want Chinese so ordered Canadian. There was only one little tiny piece of fish which really looked like a chicken finger. The westerns were not too bad tasted a little like Chinese food maybe they need to clean their grill. The washrooms were not good either. I won't go back

Very friendly service, but very mediocre food...

Very friendly service, but very mediocre food. There were hot peppers in the general tao (the kind you'd put on your burger at Harvey's), the rice was parboiled (ie. uncle bens instant), and chicken balls had far too much breading. Very underwhelmed by the food, unfortunately.
