Nykola Lacroix has shown no regard for deadlines and has continuously failed to attend on site when scheduled (by him). In addition, no notice or justifiable reasons for these absences were ever given. Lacroix has stalled and delayed the completion of a two (2) week Project for nearly one year. The only reason I did not fire him sooner was because he had my deposit of over $11,000.00 that he requested for materials. He never ordered the materials and to-date he has not returned my money.
