    Excellent Advice - Service really paid off

    We searched the internet for Mortgage Brokers and found Centum Mavin Lending. We had heard good things about Centum before. Working with Leslie Fallaise was perfect for us. She explained our options, discussed our credit scores in relation to our mortgage application and really took the time to answer all of our questions. In our case, she charged us a broker fee which we did not mind paying. She keeps in touch with us and now we are ready to be approved by our bank, Leslie is still working on this for us and this time there is no fee. If we keep practicing what we've been shown, we'll have our mortgage paid off sooner than we ever thought PLUS we now know how to keep and excellent credit report. We have relied on her and she really has come through. We highly recommend Leslie Fallaise. M.L.

    I cant believe how easy it was to deal with Laurie and Leslie. They made the process so easy to understand and took away all the anxiety that can come when negotiating mortgages. I highly recommend their services.

    Excellent Service !

    Mavin Lending, as a mortgage administrator, has excellent experience, is thorough and extremely client oriented. They take care of all investments, reporting on the total interest income, issuing T5s, following up on late or payment arrears. They work excellent with other mortgage brokerages, lawyers, accountants and the balance of the lender's support network. Their focus is on doing the best to protect the lender's investment while offering continual client services to the borrower. Very, Very Professional. They got my daughter an excellent mortgage rate on her new mortgage too. Explaining everything to her so as a first time home buyer she really understood what to expect and saw her goals realized.
