    Very disappointing...

    I was a little anxious about getting to the airport on Christmas eve. I didn't want to ask a family member or call a cab, I trusted it to the professionals. Unfortunately Manhattan Livery Service are not the professional. I called one week before the flight, I provide a credit card number to book the car service. No one showed up at the agreed upon time on Christmas eve, when I called to follow up I was told I didn't have a booking and there was no car available to get me to the airport.

    Forget this guy

    This guy doesn't know how to do simple math... web site says $200/hour for a minimum 5 hours. I got a quote for $1200 + Tax for 5 hours. Not willing to budge at all on pricing. Won't be getting my business at all

I had engaged your firm for a luxury "Day on the Town" service as part of an 80th birthday gift for my parents. I'm pleased to report the day was a spectacular success.
