    Sandy was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting a new pair of boots. Super cool shop and will certainly be going back!

    I went in to the shop and received fantastic service. Sandy was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I bought cowboy boots, a shoe horn and cleaning product for the boots. What i appreciated most was the 1 year warranty that came with the service. I would recomend this shop.

    Sandy is the boot whisperer! She knows her stuff. Bought a pair of cowboy boots. Fits perfectly. Excellent quality too. Best service!

    Terrible service! We were treated rudely and spoke to condescendingly. We would never step foot in that store again.

    Worst service eve...

    Worst service ever... After putting down a significant deposit, she ordered the wrong boots. When the wrong boots arrived, she tried to blame me, asked "well what am I supposed to do with these?" and explained to me the woes of her overhead. She then had the nerve to ask me to pay the rest of the money owed and she would order the boots (even though our original agreement was to pay the remainder upon arrival of the boots). It took four months...FOUR...for the right boots to come in. I called repeatedly to get a timeline. Each time they told me "3 weeks". I went in once after two months and tried to get my deposit back. They told me they could not give me my money back. I tried the same thing after three months and received the same response. When I reminded her of the timeline she gave me, she proceeded to call me a liar. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like a criminal.
