Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. Owner also very friendly. Live entertainment was also good. Have been there a few times and I can see how it can be a regular spot to have a few drinks and something to eat. Wing night was busy but good.
We actually found this place after reading several reviews from another site and thought that it sounded like a good place to visit. I think most of the people who go are regulars so we kind of felt out of place. When we got inside the hostess didn't even acknowledge us and we had to wait for a while to be seated but our server was quite friendly so that made up for it. The food however, was really not up to standards which left the both of us so disappointed when we left.
We visit this local pub almost every other week whenever we don't feel like to cook.
They have a wonderful chef that creates amazing food. He often comes out later at night and greet to people.
Our favouriates are:
Greek Salad: Very generous with goat cheese.. dressing is the best of the best.
Beef Ribs: Wednesday Ribs night. $2.50 each big piece. Sauce is very tasty.
Pasta: All selections are excellent.
Fries: must try potato fries or Mike's favoriate curry fries.. Yum
Beer: great price! way cheaper than any other places.
Their daily specials are always creative and great.
We had lamb one day. It was heaven.
We like it a lot. Service is nice. We haven't had any bad experience. We have become the regulars.. :)

it was a bit noisy, but you have to take into consideration that it is an Irish pub, and you definitely get used to it
Overall, they do have band night and movie night which is really great, they also have an all you can eat wing night with 10 different flavours of wings, then they have pasta night when its cheaper, and you get a better deal.
My personal favourites, would be the burgers, the fettuccine past, and the wings, and definitely their deep fried desert.
Best bar in Markham! My friends and I had the kangaroo special, and let me tell u it better than I expected, only thing was it didn't come with the pouch.

Service was absolutely awful. Only one waitress serving whole restaurant. Took too long for food to be served. Forgot to bring utensils, beverages, did not refill coffee. They gave our children their breakfasts for free as a gesture. However, no apologies.
The food was good, and it was a very good environment for the family. The way the restaurant is put together now is really good, and it looks better renovated.
Few of our friend came out of our town went to this place for a beer and wings. But it was an over all bad experience. The server was rude and intrusive. We had to wait for our beverage and food at least for over half an hour and got over cooked dry wings. Just next to us one person was (over served) sleeping. The bouncer came and started fight with the sleepy guy’s girl friend. The cops came to take the person and his girl friend away. My Friends from down town Detroit were teasing us that even they don’t see this kind of incident in their neighborhood bars. We left this bar ASAP and never will be back.
Really enjoyed the friendly environment. The service was amazing. I've been eating at this restaurant for years now. The new management has kept the place well -serviced. It is a great place for the family or even with friends for a good time. thumbs up!!
