Futuretel Service Centre

Send my Note 10 plus 3 days ago through samsung repair center for a display replacement... I wasn't sure I wanted to send it because I've read the horror story about Futuretel online. But the samsung employee convinced me that I would have a good service. She was so wrong.... I call them to know how much the repair will cost knowing it will probably cost around 500$. They tell me the screen and the mother board are broken and that it's gonna cost 950$.... the screen, I know that's why I send it.

They had my $600 watch, replaced the main board, battery, cover. Watch still overheated and shut down after repair. They couldnt identify, fix, or deal with the problem. Sent them emails, think their avoiding me. They told samsung theres nothing wrong, I have pictures proving otherwise. Theyre all superhero talk praising their high quality on the internet, but no action. Im fighting samsung now because futuretel failed to determine the issue. Either lies or unintelligence, or both.

Liars? They told me my phone had water damage so it wont be covered by warranty and I have to pay $90 to fix the sim card reader. I refused repair because I know personally my phone had no water damage. I got my phone back only after paying $40 for diagnosis even tho my phone is still covered by 1 year warranty. RIP OFF! RIP OFF! RIP OFF IMHO! JUST READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE WHO HAD WARRANTY WORK. When I got my phone back I noticed one corner of the back cover wont close properly.

Was referred to this business for a warranty repair by Samsung On Oct 17, 2016. Was subsequently told by this company to send my phone to their office in Richmond BC. Phone was received on their end Oct 19, 2016. Now they tell me they closed that office in "May they think"...$700 phone is gone and I have no recourse. They say talk to Samsung, Samsung says it's Futuretel's problem to solve.
