I have been taking my cars to Goodyear for 28 yrs. Their prices are much lower than dealership repair shops. They stick by their word for estimates and try to get your car back to you as soon as possible.

I brought the vehicle where the previous owner used to bring for emission test as well as safety certificate.I walked in, Nino welcomed warmly and explained everything in detail professionally.His expertise with his customer service was fantastic. He shared his honest advices which saved my budget even though he earned less from avoiding some repairs.Lisa was highly professional with follow up call and helping out with my questions on the phone.They took care of everything in such a short time!

Best service in Markham. I went to the dealer and they told me I needed tires and brakes front and rear. When I had it inspected at Goodyear I was told the rear brakes were still in great shape. The quote was way less than the dealer and the job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I have been back with my other car and have recommended them to my friends. We are all very happy with the service and the staff. Thank you Nino and Sam.

The people who work here are very good at talking circles. Fixing cars on the other hand is questionable at best. I had to bring my car back 3 times for an over heat problem. They replaced the entire engine and still couldn't solve the problem correctly. Eventually they gave up and still expected me to pay. ***AVOID ALL GOODYEARS AT ALL COSTS!*** The head offices in Canada and the US would not consider helping me with this problem.
