    cell phone issue

    Staff very friendly and went out of their way to resolve my issue . I had to reconfirm something again and he was able to do it on the phone .

    Service is good!

    I've made a couple of purchases there including a Playbook. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

    Stay away.

    Customer service to these people means self-service. Stay away from this Rogers authorized reseller, they are only interested in making the sale. When it comes to following up on problems or issues, they leave you to deal with them. Bad business.
