Canadian Tire General Store

Have always used this Canadian tire. Great auto supplies and helpful with returns. I highly recommend this Canadian tire over others. Have lived in the Milton area for 20+ years.When I have used other Canadian tire stores I never receive the same service. Keep up the good work

It is clean and well merchandised. The staff are helpful.The auto shop is to be avoided at all costs. The website and catalog is full of errors which never get corrected by offshore IT staff. They don't allow reviews that indicate defective and or dangerous products to be published. Their refund and exchange is good as they can find your purchase if a card was used. Plenty of parking and good hours. Prices are only reasonable if on sale for many higher value items. I buy frequently.

The customer service employees arr miserable, rude and never willing to help customers out. They make excuses and never stand by their return/exchange policy. It's probably worth the drive to go to another location.

Worst Canadian Tire I have ever been to. Employees abuse their power and don't follow company protocol. Close up whenever they want and are extremely rude. Will NEVER go here again.

quoted thousands in repair on front end despite being looked at day before by a shop, in the end went to CT in Caledonia and they found nothing wrong except alignment and 2 tires, when I contact service to complain all I got was back talk, as a qualified car guy who got stuck on the road going there, don't get your car fixed here Run!!! you will pay a lot more than you need here
