Renovator walked off the job, unreliable
I hired Dean to do a renovation on a kitchen, powder room and bathroom. His work was unorganized and sloppy, wherein I had to remind him several times to finish plastering in areas he had missed. He regularly arrived at work late (ranging from half an hour to an hour) Dean walked off the job a week after and I will now have to deal with him through the courts. Beware, stay far far away. Do not be fooled by his low quote.
