    Amit was a great ...

    Amit was a great realtor and was very helpful in the purchase of our home. He was very professional and thorough and catches the little details you cannot imagine. In structuring our buyers agreement, he made sure he was detailed in our conditions (much like a lawyer), which greatly helped when we had a dispute with the seller (and was quickly resolved due to Amit's great writing of conditions). Amit showed us many properties and never showed any displeasure in doing so and was always enthusiast

    Square One Condo Expert

    In year 2005, when it came time for us to relocate from India/UAE to Canada, we were referred to Amit by our friend. Being new to the country, someone we could trust and give us an honest opinion was truly essential. Having known our requirement, Amit took every step in providing his expert real estate knowledge and professional guidance on every property and neighbourhood. He also advised us on the paper work that needed to be signed, guided us through the negotiation, the mortgage process and closing the deal for which we are very grateful to him.
