    Makes you pay outrageous prices and Jim is HORRIBLE to work with. Tried to get me to pay $600 to remove gas from a 15 year old car. Jim was a pain in the ass and yelled at me so I'd pay him overpriced diagnostic fees (double of what I agreed to pay him out of good faith for taking up his time). If this review reaches you, I urge you NOT to go here.

    Was recommended here. "Repaired" my husbands truck for $800 and it was smoking by the time he got home, and not functioning at all the next day. Not helpful or understanding at all on the phone - refused to take responsibility for an issue that they clearly should have addressed. Extremely disappointed in both labour and customer service.

    This workshop is ...

    This workshop is probably the most expensive in the Mississauga area with total unprofessional attitude. I will never recommend to anyone who comes to them through CAA, or directly.

    We have been in business for over 30 years in the Mississauga area, have a vast and loyal base of clientele and have won the Service Station and Garage Management (SSGM Magazine) Shop of the Year in 2012. I understand that as much as we try to please each and every client, some don't feel that we have, and that is unfortunate. Myself, and my staff go above and beyond for our clients and always carry ourselves in a professional manner. As a "CAA Approved Repair Shop", we have met their strict standards year over year and continue to do so, winning various awards along the way. We are also one of the cheapest repair shops in the area with a labour rate that is below the area average. There is a reason that we have been in business for over 30 years... We are passionate about what we do, we are honest and we treat every client with respect.
