Wait time is horrible!!!! Rude staff.

For the times I brought my baby to have X-rays done, the experience was horrible. The technicians showed very little compassion; and seem to think that my request to loosen the reigns on the equipment used to take the x-ray was of no importance; I must just take it and shut up! Well, I will not, anymore! What is the mission statement of this institution?

Absolutly Rude/no manners. Overbooked so expect an hour wait minimum. Disorganized. Never coming back.

Worst. I went with my wife for IPS scan and the service was worst. It stareted with the receptionist ..she was really rude. And then the ultrasound technician. She was behaving like she is the only one technician in the whole world. No speaking not telling anything and even after asking any question she would answer after like 1-2 minutes. If CVH management is looking iver it ..please tell your staff to be friendly.

I didn't have a positive experience here for my first IPS scan. The tech who did it had zero bedside manner, was rude to my husband and I and made me feel pretty terrible. She showed me the baby for about 15 seconds. I wasn't expecting her to hold my hand and cry with me but I did think she could have been a little kinder in understanding that this was my first time and it can be a special moment for people, regardless of the nature of the appointment. I will not go back there.
