Smelly and poor customer service
I had an appointment with a sales rep who never showed, all the people begind the counter appearing busy just watched me sitting in the lobby. The good news is that after what smelled like the stench of a used hockey bag in the waiting area I decided not to join anyways. I can't imagine what the actual gym must smell like.
