    Flowers Unlimited...

    Flowers Unlimited staff lack sympathy for flower purchases for funerals, roses were old and withered in arrangements, the smaller arrangement was made incorrectly. This was addressed to Singh at pick up, who denied the problem, pretending what he see and hear cannot be a problem. It was unprofessional, especially when order was prepayed. The large arrangement to stand representing the family was missing the ribbon. A staff member started photographing our flowers right in front of us without asking, no professional courtesy for the dead. Flowers Unlimited offers a guarantee of 10 days from receipt with offer to replace free of charge or refund. I can tell you I expressed my complaint verbally placed just after 11am on March 4, 2015 and it was not professionally accepted with no corrective action by Singh. Flowers Unlimited is welcomed to reach out with corrective action to their order errors, until that is done; this honest feedback will remain online. Flowers Unlimited, this full customer information is on your database, you can reach us by phone to discuss and we'll happily ammend this feedback when and if resolution is arrived. People ordering with this company, feel free to g+ me for more information, will be sharing this experience with my corporate clients, friends and family. (Unfortunately, I had no choice but to post my review on Yellow Pages, as the company has chosen to delete my review on Google. They have not contacted me to resolve the matter the of April 3, 2016. We are still willing to discuss this matter and arrive to a resolution.)
