Purchased home furniture from this place. Products are pretty good, delivered on time and comfortable customer service.
Was in the area checking out sofas , got offers next door as i purchased from this store prior thought the service will b the same but I thought wrong order a sofa in the beginning of Aug get the run around of when I can get this sofa it take a month after the guy start taking truth saying he was on vac , then I got 2 men delivery the couch damaged I sent pics they came back for it after a week still getting the run around after the store guy told me he reordered before it was pick up all lies
Poor customer service, lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, poor quality and dishonestly will keep me away forever.
Sam was the person I brought 4 Chairs from ..Going back to pick up 2 more On Febuary 20th 21/21 brought these Chairs He was Polite and Respectful. I would to business with Him again My chairs look amazing

What a horrible experience i have with this furniture shop! This gruesome place is not recommendable! Ever! They delivered a wrong size headboard, and it is almost a month now that i was not able to get the right size! Raj and Sam are awful in dealing with customers! They just want your money and does not care if the customers are satisfied or happy with their services! Even the guy Sam told me on the phone " I will not lie to you anymore", well, that means they are a bunch of liars!

Couch is horrible, hard, patches on cushions, took 3 months to get cushions fixed and about 5 times to me house. They are rude over the phone and do not want you calling them. They hand the phone around and do not know any customer service. Nice before ordering of course but horrible service afterwards and got sick of dealing with them. Insulting to Canada by stating Canadian made as all furniture is so cheaply made. DO NOT GO HERE. All reviews are pretty much similar so truth comes out!
I ordered furniture from them 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase they said it will be here in 10 days. After two weeks when I called I was told we have written on the invoice 3 weeks and you have to wait. Finally I 17 sec call from the store that the delivery is on Saturday between 2-4. I waisted my entire Saturday waiting and had to call 3 times to hear that delivery is next week because their truck brokedown. Terrible service. Take your business elsewhere and save the headache.

No Star at all! after they get you deposit, they will not care anymore. Dont ever ever go to this store! 3 failed deliveries.. they dont answer phone calls, very rude staff! keep on making promise , no follow up. whoever is the owner of this place maybe doesnt know how his staff relates to their customer. Dont want to give any star at all! Worst service ever! Customer service very poor, very rude unprofessional people, not sure how they were given business permit by the city- didnt deliver on time, so many delays! We are still waiting for our order , its been a month now, will report to better busimess bureau (bbb) soon! They dont deserve to run a business here.

The have very unique and special designs that you won't find in every ordinary store, so if you are looking for brands ashley,mazin, monarch they carry everything. The prices are good than say other neibours stores.Service is good, the sales person SAM explained to us exactly how the process works and helped us have the furniture delivery. ISMARK
HAPPY TO DEAL WITH THEM. We started to buy our furniture from la maison furnishings 4 years ago as we were furnishing our home. Each time we bought something we felt we were given the "Royal " treatment. From the moment we walked through the doors until the delivery of our furniture, we were impressed with their selection of products, and the courtesy and professionalism of each employee.compared the prices with other stores best prices. We still have a few more rooms to finish furnishing.
Good experience . We had a great experience at the location in Mississauga. Gary our sales consultant was so helpful. We received our delivery on time and the delivery team that arrived were very professional and respectful of our home! So far our sofa looks great and we are happy with the overall service! very bad experience with the staff and product. I made an special order and they delivered 4 months later. the furniture was scrached when they delivered and they did not take responsibility for the products. the manager and the staff are very manipulative. please never go shopping to this store
