I have used Mann Law on two different occasions. Both times my expectations were exceeded. The first time was a real estate closing and the second was a family law matter. Every aspect of the process was explained thoroughly. I was kept in the loop and given regular updates. The estate closing was done on time with no complications. I dealt with Mann Law with regards to a real estate transaction. From the beginning of the interaction, it was a efficient and professional service and the rates were competitive with other firms that I considered. The lawyer provided sound guidance regarding the closing agreement clauses and helped clarify/revise some ambiguous requests from the purchaser and bank -- so I was confident that they had my best interests in mind. I would absolutely work with Mann Law again for legal services.

lawyer says 30 mi...

lawyer says 30 mins consultation, u go there, PAID consultation lasts 10 mins. THEN he says he will need to review it and then he will charge another 1.15 hours for it and will charge that amount. then he drafts you a memo based on his 1.15 review, he also charges for that memo? instead of giving you consultation @ appt,he keeps adding the extras to make it a $600 for a 6 page document review. mind you, he didnt revise it,just gave comments that it needs another 10 hrs work $3000 lol
