Im not the type of guy who writes reviews often but after my great experience with Nazar as real estate agent I found myself looking him him up and posting this review. If there was more than 5 stars I would give this man. He was so honest and helpful. He did not spare any time or efforts to sell my condo at best price and deal with my bank and help me with buying another place within my budge. Im very grateful and thankful to him and I truly wish him all the best in his business.

With no hesitation I can say that Nazar Hameed he also goes by his original family name ( Nazar Ajeely ) is one of the best Realtors in this business, he knows very well his market and he always eager to protect his clients interest & get them maximum return on their money. Ive rented , purchased and sold through him and he never disappointed me and always made me great return on my investments.

I highly recommend Nazar Ajeely as smart, sharp, hard working realtor. He knows his stuff & never exaggerates. I've known him for a while now, he sold me my first investment property few years ago & he managed it for me by renting it back to back as he promised me initially that I will never spend a dollar on mortgage & he will insure that it's mortgage paid by tenants. Such a great person , Nazar Hameed with Remax has helped me to sell my house quick at the minimum expenses & he showed me over 30 homes & negotiated the house I liked in Oakville below it's market value .. Also I really appreciated his advice when there was bidding war on a house we were about to buy when he told me not to over pay then we found better one. He also paid for my lawyer fee as closing gift .. I'm impressed with his service and I highly recommend him as a great real estate agent
