Nice One Nails

Went for a pedicure and ended up with a horrific infection in my big toes! I asked her to try to cut my ingrown toe nails and she butchered me with dirty utensils!! While I’m still in the chair with my polish drying, she’s spraying cleaner in the basin and attempting to clean it around my legs. People there seem cold and rude. Never again!!!

Avoid this place. Zero professionalism, customer service and overall no respects towards customers. Lowest of the low! Shut down!

Terrible service. No respect for customers and nail technicians take zero pride in what they do. They are dreadful at shaping nails the way you request. They just want you in and out, even if you're a long time customer! The lady told me she doesn't care about returning customers.

Nice One Nails is far from accomodating I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied, the end result was carelessly done and looked unfinished.

The service is terrible. They lady who did my nails spent the whole first half of my pedicure mocking another customers question. The second half she spent arguing with me about why they did not do shellac on my toes and used nail polish instead. On top of that the nail polish I picked was "misplaced" Even after speaking to the manager they still made me pay full price for the wrong service. Used to be a regular customer and wanted to try them out again. Big mistake this was my last visit.

Just got my nails done and let me tell you these women are so rude! One of them said to me you used to be such a beautiful girl. I'm like just used to? She says yes before you had the baby. My jaw dropped I honestly couldn't believe she said that. Needless to say I'm never going back. I felt it was important for others to know what sort of people are employed here! Think twice before going here

I went here not too long ago to get a manicure and the service was absolutely terrible. The place is so dirty, my nails looked like my five year old did them, and I was treated so poorly, particularly by one of the ladies who work there named Emily. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Waste of my time and money.

I called in and made an appoint last Sunday afternoon. I got shelac done on my nails and toes. my toes look ok, but they needed to be re filed when i got home. My shelac nails all have bubbles in them. They did not even cut my cuticles, or push them back... they painted them in place with the shelac and then moved on to the next person. the sides of my nails were completely missed as well- there is zero nail polish on them. I would not recommend this place anymore. They used to care about qualiy

I was frantic about finding the right salon to go to for waxing. Although i was not given an overview of what to expect,the process was very professional and reassuring every step of the way. Temmy washed her hands before she started and asked me to relax. She showed me what to do and immediately started the process. 20 minutes later we are done and the initial sting is significantly reduced.
