I am not Portuguese speaking person, but I have been always served nicely. The store is busy and it's normal to happened mistakes. This store is amazing, the girls work fast and are trying to help. The baked goods are fresh and tasty.

Xenophobic and rude, inattentive, ignoring non-Portuguese speaking customers, deliberately pretending not to understand the order. Not recommend.

I asked for vanilla, I got lemon. When I told them about it. The told me too bad. I got a special designed custom two tier birthday cake. I requested vanilla and only expected to have vanilla, not lemon. Very disappointed, If I could give less than one star I would.
