    Never had any problem

    Have brought my cats to this clinic for years - they have always received the greatest care, personel was very warm and welcoming, prices are actually less than some other vets in the area. I would recommend this vet in a heartbeat.

    I will NEVER bring another animal here again….scam

    My boyfriend got a puppy 2 weeks a go and we walked in at Winston Churchill Animal Hospital…. Asking them to do a full check-up on him as he has soft poo and he poo’s 10x a day if not more They run some tests, his 2nd shot…they charged us $150 … The never called us back on the test results … I called in and asked why we didn’t get a call back … they said we didn’t find anything … Monday the puppy’s poo was extremely soft.. then when I asked so if I take the dog to another vet and they do the test they’ll also tell me that he has nothing… ? Then she said… no he could have it … we just didn’t see it or it didn’t show up …. what the vet is like. When you go in, they talk throughout the visit. She also asks lots of questions about food, water, and the habits. She checks through his fur, feels around on the stomach and internal organs, listens to his heart, lungs and checks ears, eyes, nose and throat. That's all before you get to the real reason for why you are there! (Then she said great the puppy is healthy) Then she asks for details about the problem. Our puppy has extremely soft poo and poos about 10x a day if not more …. they felt strongly to keep the puppy for a bit just so they can monitor him and then we can come back and get him… we called and 90 min after we left him … asking what’s going on she said no he is fine … he’s healthy and so on … . So my boyfriend goes to het him … and they charged us $200 … for a dog who is healthy according to them …. In less then 5 days we paid them almost $400 and the puppy still has soft poo … If you love you pet don’t take them to this vet. I have 2 dogs my self and I love them more then life it self and it hurts me to find vets that all they want is ur money and they don’t care about you or your pet
