Unethical Business Practice
Be very careful of the Wellness Plan and in particular responding to their survey's. I expressed concerns (privately via survey), next thing you know they are calling me angrily, dropping me as a client, and then back charging me for all services to date (the discount as per the plan), including an item they said they gave "complimentary". This is 3 months into a 12 month package which I signed up for and paid in full. When I asked to be partially refunded, they in turn are now trying to charge.
