John and Kelly are amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I am speechless to how helpful and nice they were to me. John worked day and night to get my truck back to me.(Very much appreciated)He saved me hundreds of dollars taking his advice on which route to take in getting my vehicle back to good shape. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Kelly and John care so much about their customers and it shows! I can't express how much they have helped! Awesome!

Kelly and John Thank you !! I was referred to you by a friend . I can not believe you actually brought brake pads in to show me the difference from mine to new . It was unbelievable to be shown by you guys that I did not need brakes . After being told at another shop and given a estimate for brakes . I appreciated the classy way in which you would not say anything negative about the other shop . I will be telling all my friends and My wife and I have now found our mechanics .Thank you !!

I went to this garage Pin Oak Auto Repair for safety inspection. Since they are not the ones who fixed what they want to fix in my car for they charge a little work here and there which other garage won't and when I came back for certification they're looking for little things not to certify my vehicle so I need to find another garage to certify and pay again. I would not recommend this garage to anyone. Not at all.

Exceptional Customer Service

I can't say enough about how welcoming and down to earth both Kelly and her husband both are. It is very comforting to find 2 gems like the both of them working in the customer service industry that at times can be so unforgiving! Their smile and approach was perfect. It is always my hope that I get a "good" experience at a garage (as I know so little about cars) but on my visit to Pin Oak I was lucky enough to get a "great" experience instead. Low cost is one thing but the exceptional customer service definitely sets them apart from other automotive shops. They took the time to educate me on the issue, help me make an informative decision and even shuttled me to work and back once my car was repaired. The whole experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone at anytime! Keep up the great work !
