Homestead was hired to install my gas fireplace summer 2017 by my late husband . Took a large sum of money as down payment To get started .. installed pipes in November to hook up to fireplace insert that they were taking care of getting It is Dec 28 and haven’t heard from them since ...excuse after excuse I had a huge family Christmas and fireplace was suppose to be done.. nothing and not even a phone call.. so dissatisfied and I know my husband would have felt the same and more!!!

I have been dealing with them for 7 years now, getting my furnace cleaned. They are always courteous and friendly, and very professional. I just had them install a tankless water heater for me, and the 2 men did a fantastic job, and again very courteous , friendly, and professional! Also their rates are better than anyone else here in town! I would recommend them to anyone !

Terrible workmans...

Terrible workmanship. If I could post pics with this you would run. Had AC unit installed, the coil unit installed isn't even the same make of the compressor unit (which is what I thought I was paying for). The existing plenum didn't fit the coil unit so they left a huge 1 1/2" gap on the back side of the furnace. This means a huge portion of the air is blowing out there instead of the duct work. This was installed by the owner himself and they do the Reliance work. Beware!!!!

First of all they...

First of all they smelled like they were just swimming in beer. Secondly they were rude ignorant and they were looking through my whole basement Thirdly three weeks later after they repaired my furnace and water heater both stopped working and after they fixed it again all you could smell was burning plastic and i stopped by their shop the shop had five huge clear garbage bags filled with empty beer cans.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had dealing with a heating contractor. Absolutely terrible service.
