there is a lot of running around with excuses and never once with an an honest answer. i kinda with bad for then, however how much of patience do you need or give. like other the comments before very unprofessional.

They take advantage of you and a lot of hidden fees that you don't understand and high interest rates that screw you. No need for it. Just hope you are a first time car buyer and don't know what you are doing.
