Awful Customer service
I came to pick up my coat and the owner of this place who works there herself together with assistant was arguing with a customer. Right there I thought that’s not a good sign..I was in a rush but had to stand and wait for the owner to sort out the problem with the customer. The owner did not acknowledged me, did not say "ill be right with you', nothing..just kept arguing with her customer trying to prove her point. After a few minutes owner's assistant came in from break and started arguing with that customer as well. So now the two of them are screaming at that poor girl while I am waiting for my turn. Finally I asked if one of them could help me because I was in a rush. They said 'sure" and continued arguing with the customer. Finally when the assistant brought out my coat she said okay all is done. I open the case and the coat is NOT cleaned. Then the owner left the customer who she was arguing with and started talking to me. She said "oh, we couldn’t clean the coat and we left you a voice mail about this". I said no, you didn’t. Then she started arguing with me over the voice mail. I said "hey, it doesn’t even matter, its irrelevant.. and I said the way you talk to your customers is not good.." And she says: "it was YOU who came here with an attitude, being impatient while I was talking to the other customer.." (by the way while both of them, the owner and assistant, were now arguing with me the other customer now was looking at me and this entire situation and we both went "OMG"...Needless to say don’t think she will stay in business for too long, lol
