We puchased a undercounter bar fridge and ice cream dipper for our trailer back in 2018 till date it works flawless even though out of warranty. Back then they helped us load into the trailer , we ordered a few baskets, even out of stock they quickly got them for us in time. Fastforward in 2021 we purchased a few more equipment at their new location and their services are the best. This is NOT a PAID review, I don't know about the other buyers with bad luck or bad experiences.

Check reviews before you purchase from here. We purchased a fridge in Nov and was sent an incorrect one. We then contacted the company and they sent us another but it was damaged. We contacted them again and their response was we are contacting the shipper. They say that they did not damage it so they are not responsible even though we purchased from them. After months of me contacting them they have offered compensation but only if I delete the review. Shop elsewhere.

Do not go here. I purchased a countertop convection oven from OMNI in April and the fan broke after a month I brought it in to get fixed, after 3 weeks I went to address the situation in person. When I got there I was shown that my oven was still not fixed. My only choice was to bring the oven to a different technician. That is when I found out that more damage was done and more parts were needed. I tried calling Joe to explain the situation he proceeded to interrupt me & hung up the phone.

Great service! Great product. Bought a commercial fridge in May 2017. Quick delivery and fridge is working well!
