AWEFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rhodora (who talks down to you)& the owner shouted loudly at me when I calmly & politely asked for the re-stocking fee to be waived. The owner actually yelled & said I would be charged 20% re-stocking fee, even though its the company's fault that the tiles in the showroom look NOTHING like the tiles in the warehouse. The warehouse staff said that the samples in the showroom are outdated and are not similar to what you get from the warehouse. GET YOUR TILE ELSEWHERE!
