Town Shoes Head Office

Town Shoes double billed me for my online order, and Emily, the customer service rep simply sates "unfortunately this happens all the time, and hopefully it will work itself out some time this week". What kind of business are they running here??? They also overcharged me as only 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered, we're actually available so I've actually been over charged AND double billed!

I visited Vaughan Mills store , the Manager Angela (not so sure how honest she was with providing correct name ) was very unprofessional , and rude . I ask to give me phone number of the Head Office and acting childish she provide her store number . Very disappointing, this store is nor the same as far I remember from the past 16 years . This woman is not qualified for store Manager position at all!!!!

Probably one of the worse companies to work for. They're disorganized and better yet not even trained properly as one person says one thing and the director herself says another. I wouldn't recommend this company as there's no room for growth and some of the people there are very arrogant
