Tracy Nails

They try to upsell. Every time I go in say manicure try to sell me shellac or get pedicure. It’s very annoying if I wanted to would ask for it. Leave people alone come in tell you want STOP UPSELLING

Been going to Tracy nails for about two years, recently went for a Brazilian wax which is my normal routine once a month, but this time I notice that she does NOT use a new waxing stick when she is dipping into the HOT wax😷😷 this is so uncleanlly as you know a new wax stick must be used each time you dip into the wax, NEVER going back again. Unprofessional and not clean

one of my nails touched the fan, and created a small but noticeable dent in the paint, like a crater. I asked her to put polish over it to smooth it out, and she tried to do so, but she was lazy about it. I had to ask her a second time to put more polish because over it, because she didn't fix it the first time. At this point, I already paid and included tip, so of course I wanted to be happy with my nails. They were getting ready to close, so she was making excuses, saying it wasn't noticeable.

Worst customer service. Not kid friendly at all. I had a 3 month old baby, they didn't want my stroller inside. One lady started screaming at me coz my stroller was taking the space. I held my baby by my hand, and yet she continued to scream and started pointing her finger at me. Will definitely not go back there.
