I’ve been a client at Zen Nails for 8 years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the service, and the kindness of the staff. I am beyond impressed with their safety measures in place during covid. There are plexiglass dividers between staff and clients, as well as dividers between stations. I highly recommend this business. (Especially Laura for manicures and Lee for pedicures)

The owner Dan is extremely friendly and very accommodating. All the staff at Zen nails do a very good job. I am a satisfied customer.

I like this nail place. They are efficient and professional. They are their to do their job and it gets done well. I have had no bad experiences with them at all. I do not book with anyone in particular because everyone who has worked on me has been good.

Very uptight and ...

Very uptight and condescending environment, had been going there for a long time, and leaving at least $10 tip for everyone, but the moment I asked them to file my nails a certain way they were angry and rude. You couldn't change apt with them because they got mad, their receptionist screamed at me in front of the owner, and when I told him she couldn't talk to me that way, he laughed it off. Horrible service and horrible staff.
