    Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. You also told everything up front and made some recommendations that would get the job done/ keep costs reasonable. I was not here when the guys came out but Linda said they were great and also fantastic to work with. Thanks again.

    I just had Crown Electric do a number of tasks at my home(new pot lights, Lutron Caseta dimmers installed, new recessed plug and TV wiring installed). I’m pleased with there work. The electricians were on time, friendly, very productive and they completed there work on a timely manner. I would definitely use them again. Thanks.

    Thank you so much for sending your technicians to our house to fix the electrical damage caused by last weeks storm. Both technicians were outstanding ! They had a rather complicated situation to deal with as i am sure you know and i was amazed what an incredible and meticulous job they did. I am very very with your service.

    Kitchen Upgrade

    Crown electric was great from the start they provided a free estimate of what the job would cost. The pricing was accurate to other quotes we received. Crown electric's work was very accurate, professional and quick. I was very pleased with the work will definitely be calling crown electric again.

    Efficient and polite.

    I had Crown Electric install 6 pot lights in my basement family room. They arrived on time in the morning and got right to work; working quickly and efficiently. There were no surprises with the bill at the end of the day, the price was exactly as the quote stated. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would use them again and would recommend them to everybody.

    Great Service, Fast response

    Had nearly an entire floor of my home stop working,my breaker would not reset and sparks seemed to come out of the panel. I called Crown after finding them in the pages and was amazed to have 2 workers at my home later that day around 330 or so. They immediately concluded it was a "dead short". The Electrician Adam had his apprentice Danny see what worked and what didn't as he checked the panel. After only 45 mins of being in my home they fixed the issue in a plug. Would definitely recommend!

    I called Crown El...

    I called Crown Electric to change an exterior dead light bulb which I could not reach because of the hight. They sent two people for this simple job and charged me $220. The job did not need two people. Three weeks later the same light would not come on. I called them and the guy gave me a bunch of non-sense about how bulb manufacturer do not provide guarantee on their products anymore. Interestingly, the Crown Electric supplied the light bulb. So, if it was of low quality it was their mistake.

    Mr. Shahram is incorrect about many of the above points. He called us back 3 months later and not 3 weeks later. We sent 2 people as after discussing the work as we required an extension ladder to reach the work due it being very high up. He did'n't have lamps on site, we had to check what type they were and then go to the nearest store to purchase them to keep the costs down, yes the store does not guarantee lamps. We had recommend that LED lamps to be installed for longer lamp life.

    I would recommend this electrical company to all my friends and family. They deliver excellent service. You are in good hands when you call Crown Electric. A relaible and truthworthy company.

    Terrible customer service - NOT recommended

    Worst customer service ever experienced. Ended up charging twice the original quoted amount. But the worst part was the heavy cursing and foul language used against me and my family.
