    Excellent Service Above & Beyond

    Called in on a Monday, LCD quit working, Customer Care rep took the info, arrange an appointment, dispatched a tech , Very professional Tech showed up right on time, corrected the problem within 30 minutes & LCD has worked great ever since. I would highly recommend the Company for any of your elecronic needs. It's nice to find a company that actually cares about their customers and treats them with respect and understanding

    Horrible service

    Do not go here! Their customer service is really bad. They do not care about you or your electronics. I have a 60" TV that is under warranty with Sharp and they didn't even want to carry it to their truck for service. I was just waiting for them to ask me to go to the shop and fix it myself. Lazy, ignorant employees. Even reception, she's probably the worst of them all. Just plain rude. Use at your own risk.
